Adrian is Associate Professor of English and Faculty Fellow of the Center for Digital Research in the Humanities at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research spans Victorian literature, postcolonial studies, and the digital humanities. He directs two digital projects focused on Victorian explorer David Livingstone: Livingstone Online, a digital library and museum; and the Livingstone Spectral Imaging Project, an interdisiplinary initiative to apply to advanced imaging technology to Livingstone’s manuscripts. His work is funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
